Returns/Refund would be applicable in the following scenarios :

Wrong item is sent- If the Model received is different from what is shown in the picture or if there is a difference in technical specifications, VINAYAK MACHINES offers a full replacement/refund as requested by the customer. However the incident has to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos. However for Machines, Tools, Equipment, Spares or Accessories the color of the product might vary depending on the Manufacturing upgrades.

Item Damage - In case there is damage to the product, VINAYAK MACHINES offers a full Replacement or Refund whatever is requested by the customer. However the damage has to be reported to the VINAYAK MACHINES Support team within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos & videos.

Defective/ Incomplete Product Received - In case of a defective product, VINAYAK MACHINES offers full Refunds, Replacement or Availability of Spare parts/Missing piece (If applicable) whatever is requested by the customer. The defects have to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos.

Note - In case of any Concern raised Customer must share a opening/unboxing video of the product with the customer support team .

VINAYAK MACHINES offers a full refund in case the cancellation request is made before the dispatch of the product. However cancellation requests have to be made within 24 hours of ordering the product.
In case of Cancellation requests after the product has been dispatched, a courier fee would be deducted.

Refund Process
In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in the same account of the customer from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.

In case of any kind of refund in an EMI transaction, interest already billed in a particular transaction is not refundable under any circumstances.

While you will not be charged a processing fee for availing VINAYAK MACHINES EMI option, the interest charged by the bank shall not be refunded by VINAYAK MACHINES
In case of cash on delivery (COD), we will only initiate an NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. VINAYAK MACHINES required your bank account details:
